Guys, I need a few 15" 3-spoke Rallye STEERING wheel cores (from original wheels only) to do another batch of 70 GSX steering wheels. I am looking for non-bent wheels with good stainless steel spokes and will pay up to $100.00 for each core. I don't care how sticky the wheels are, if they have a chunk of plastic missing from the rim, or if the outer band is missing or not, all I am looking for are nice cores. This is probably going to be my last batch of steering wheels, so if you have any decent cores, that would be no good to sell as a used steering wheel, now is the time to sell them. Here is the deal 1. You send me the cores you have and if I can use them I will send a check out for $100.00 each, 2. If they take extra time for prep work we can negotiate a price and I will either buy them or send them back (Once I got one that someone "scratched" his name in. It took hours to remove it.) 3. If I can't use them I will send them back. Right now I have more wheels then I can make from a single batch of material, and I don't want to buy double the amount of material and throw most of it away. (Its too expensive.) So I need enough cores for a double batch. I have a limited time to do this so I need the wheels pretty fast. Let me know what you guys have. Duane

Re: Original 15" Rallye wheel cores Tim, I can appreciate the sale but right now I need the cores to get the job done. Once they are finished I will put them up for sale and will figure out the cost I need for each wheel. Material costs go up each year, as well as the prices and/or work involved in reconditioning the cores, so I do not know the prices yet. I do know one thing though, these wheels will be sold outright, there will not be a core exchange. The price will be for the complete wheel, as I will not be keeping any core inventory for a future run. If you want a wheel I would advise you to keep a look out for my "for sale post", and post your intentions of that thread once they become available. I don't want to build a "parts wanted" list yet, the last thing I want to do is forget someones order. I always paid $60.00 for a core, when I bought them outright, now I am willing to pay $100.00 each so this is an additional $40.00 each out of pocket. I don't see how the pricing can stay the same. Looks as if someone dyed it at one time and the center has different screws with nuts to hold the plate underneath. I wouldn't think that would matter,but let me know.This would be without the center cap included,correct?

This way I will not "owe" anyone a part, and will not feel like I am holding up anyone, due to not knowing when the production date will be, but this will give the people that help me the opportunity to purchase a wheel. I have no idea what the final cost will be, but will let everyone know when they are finished. Then if you want a wheel that's fine, if not you will have been payed for the core so you will not be out any money. That much I can do. Re: Original 15" Rallye wheel cores Doug, Sorry the mold will only accept 15" wheels, and only original 15" wheels at that. The repro wheel spokes are slightly different and the mold ends up leaking like a sieve. Duane
