It just seems to be leaking every where. I could google leak need exhaust however I prefer to ask here. I’m noticing a small leak near my exhaust not sure if it’s oil or water. Added some photos. It’s a 72 350.

It's not leaking where you highlighted, Check the underside of the valve cover directly above that spot and see if that's damp/oilly?

Checked there and retightened. Even placed towel over while running and it still leaks out of that area. I have a video of it too once I figure out how to upload it.

Careful not to over tighten the valve covers.

Is this car driving around? The area you highlighted will get hot enough to burn off the oil. Is the front of the engine oily? What about the juncture between the intake magnified and the block? Is there a spot on the ground?

Look around the power steering pump too. If you are driving this could be blowing back. If that's the case there should be more of a mess somewhere,

No it’s not blow back, I drive the car but it had been parked while I’m working on this. I dried the area and it was still leaking from there. It even bubbles a little in the video I have.

Since that is the mating surface between the head and exhaust manifold there should not be any oil there.

I have no good answer, but that worries me. Maybe it's a blown out head gasket or a cracked head? Hopefully someone here has another idea.

I appreciate the input, I hope it’s not something more serious either. Car runs and drives well, no white smoke out the exhaust while diving. Hope others have some input too. We will see!

Blowing bubbles...... The only oil in that area is the valve stem seals, I would think you would see oil smoke coming out the tail pipe but you don't mention that.

Well I added alittle uv dye and it’s oil. You mentioned valve steam seals? Any other thoughts. I cleaned area washed and ran car it just leaks out of that area and smokes lightly however, I don’t notice any out the tile pipes.
