    Yes sir, just south of there. Lerna address but in the country.

    455 car, I don't think it was a stage car but right now I can't completely rule it out. Automatic, front spoiler, hood tach, non p\s, non A\C, rear defrost. That is what I know right now.

    Wow, thanks! That's great that you know so much history. Hopefully for your sake you find a build sheet &/or (for you & a lot of others sake too) the '71 microfiche surfaces someday. Of course there may be some who would be wishing it hadn't:). You can prove it's a 455 car (w/or w/o the orig. trans) by the frame part #. Beyond that it's all circumstantial evidence that it's a GSX. If you'd be willing, please post a pic of the trim tag. Is that the original paint?

    Welcome to the board! My X was on trailer next to you wished we would of met up;time sure went fast at the nats this year didn't it?

    Yes it did. It would have been nice to talk to more of the car owners. I wish we could have been there in time for the parade, it would've been easier to figure out who owned what car. There's always next year, and this forum.
