    Had a polish, oil change, new fuel sender unit & a nice set of American racing salt flats. Off to a restoration shop to get drivers door trim repair.

    Thats a nice looking bit of kit, been in the country about 10 yrs by the records. The VIN pointed out is what the NZ Transport (Govt) places on all vehicles prior to use and is a 17 digit number. Its only required if the factory number isn't 17 digits long. Example my 1985 Chevy C10 didn't require one as the factory VIN was suitable. This VIN then becomes the basis of all data on that vehicle.
