    Jim,
    We might make it there.
I still need to make sure everything is OK on the "drive",
at least by my standards.(wheel alignment, steering box etc.)
I was told it did drive nice and straight and was very tight!!
I shouldn't have anything to worry about, the car has been gone through.

    Bill,
Thanks for the work with the pictures.

Let me see if I can attach any more???? :Comp:

    Thanks, Jeff :)

    Jim,
My brother-in-law David has just a little more sanding to do on the roof of his 69 GS. His whole car has been blocked down real nice. Then its off to the paint shop. He has the 13:1 stage 2 real similar to my motor but with a 308s cam. He is hoping to finish his so he can bring it to Bowling Green!!

Well, Jeff and I have been running around alittle in "LEAVER". HOLLY C%$P this things a beast! I don't think he's got the grin off his face yet. :bglasses:

Man, I don't know what kind of tires it's going to take but this thing is awesome. First and second are a joke, don't even get into it until well into third.

The gears are Bam,Bam finger prints in the bars time! Had a 6K high side chip but it hits instantly. Put in a 6400 and tried to keep it shifting lower but it's just faster than you can shift. Still bumps but better.

All this on 93 pump fuel. Kudoo's to Mike Phillips for grinding us one of his Engine Masters Cams and doing the custom pan work. Many thanks to G&G for the hours and hours Joe put into the SE heads, and to Chris for another outstanding engine and help during the break in process.

    Track time soon to follow.

    Fans gotta go...

I hope your not running a stock 455 pulley on the crank. A 350 is a cheep underdrive pulley. Either way, I've seen one too many flex fans just like yours go thru a hood. If you value your hood, go electric! the hole it makes isn't pretty, neither is the damage to everything from the radiator to the water pump. Just thought I'd warn you before something happens.
    BTW, Nice. :TU:

Sorry I missed your post Wayne, I was out of the country. Unfortunately I will be out of country during the Nats. I am very fustrated lately trying to get the 69' done and get some times on Leaver. To much going on lately.

Jeff went to look a really nice 4 speed car today. I expect to see it show up on a transport in the next week or so. This thing is really nice. We may need a Jay Leno type buick barn soon. :TU:
