Northwood students of the auto section put on what is billed as the largest show in North America.
It is a three day event with displays from dealers across the state. MFG's also bring a few proto types to display. There are also displays by Engine builders for stock cars and drag cars, as well as other car related displays.
Then there is the Rec croud with displays of dirt bikes travel trailers water sleds and snowmobiles.

Saturday is classic car and truck day.

High lites here for the 2017 show.

This year the forecast was for clear skys and a high temp of 53F. I am here to say the wether people were wrong. Sky was full of dark clouds promising either snow or rain plus the tempture was only 42F at 9:00 AM.
I knew when I woke up Saturday morning I should Put on long johns when I dress, should also put on a flannal shirt. But I didn't dress as I felt I should the promise of sun shine weight heavely in what I decided to do. At least I was smart enough to take a pair of winter gloves.

The sky did finally clear around 12:00 PM but the wind was cold equipted with knives to cut the flesh off your bones.
Was thankful when the show ended at 1:00PM. How nice it was to sit in the sun warmed Buick and fire it up and turn the heat on.

The drive home in the sun shine and leaves changeing colors was nice so i took the long way back roads less traveled home.

I didn't get many pictures of the new cars on display the croud was emence like back to the bricks emence.
