In 1977 I purchased my first car , it was a 71 GS Convertible , Verdemist green , bench seat saddle interior column shift automatic pw , ps , cruise , speed alert N25 bumper am/fm stereo A/C. Car was sold new from Temple Motors in Alexandria Virginia and was once owned by an employee . I don't have vin but have Virginia tag of GSC 502 that was current in 1979 . I last saw the car in Fairfax VA around 1984 or 85 .
There was a '71 Verdemist Green GS convertible for sale in CA a few months back. The thread should still be in the leads section. Probably not the same car, but never know - Couldn't have been many in that color & with those options prob. 1 of 1. IIRC had a 455 but we kinda suspected it was orig. a 350 car.
