i am looking for the right knurl diameter of a 68' 8.5 BOP rearend. i have to get longer studs to accomodate Draglites.

anybody got a Doorman measurement or part #?
i think all the ARPs require enlarging of the axle holes

Not sure if it will be the same for a ‘68, but these are what I used on my 71 8.5” rear. There is an old thread on the board that referred to them as “corvette wheel studs”

    https://www.summitracing.com/parts/RNB-610-259

I also bought ARP studs that I used on the same rear, when the dormans weren’t long enough for my pro touring build. I can’t find the part number on my hole , but have it written down in the garage and will get it to you tomorrow.

my front wheel studs are .670 knurl from the Baer disc brake swap. I’ve pulled hair out getting this all figured out lol

I just pulled one of my rear studs. It seems to be .475 knurl
    D-259

And they 1-3/4 long . I replaced the OEM's to fit my 19" on it .
    Now I switch to 15x10 draglites/dogfish combo.
( I moved the lower shock mount.)

Got it solved 2-7/8 480 knurl mooser studs solved the setup.
15x10 weld draglite style 6.5bs with 28x10.5 MT . Could use a 1/2 in spacer to clear the frame better.

I added dog dish adapters, plasti dipped the wheels and added the dishes.

I like the meaty oem look but running alus.
