Jim W. I must disagree with your locking my post on the population growth of islam . It does concern people of a christian faith/jewish faith, as WE will be outnumbered by a substantial amount of people who dispise people of OUR faith. People come here for prayer and to discuss Godly subjects. this is a subject of emense concern for the future,prayer certainly would be appropiate and discussion should be allowed. I know this is a buick board and I am a member,and it is your board to do as you wish,however a PC approach is counter productive to what we stand for as americans. I ask that you would reconsider unlocking the original post for open discussion? thanx as always Gary /Moz
I didn't see the original thread, and I don't want to start trouble, but you are absolutely right. Destruction of us and our way of life is inherent to the doctrine of Islam. The American public, of faith or not, needs to wake up to that fact. There is no middle ground or freedom of religion for these people. They are determined to destroy anyone that does not believe their way.
Guys, I have to disagree with you about the thread being appropriate for the board. This board is by, for, and about Buick, nothing else, per board rules. The Islam issue should be discussed elsewhere.
Gary, I respect your right to have a different opinion on whether we should discuss this subject... But, your making too much of a generalization. All muslims are not the radical element which seeks to destroy the Christians and the Jews. That's a relatively small percentage of all those of muslim faith. That's my real problem with the posting. I don't know, do you beleive that all muslims are evil? It would appear so, considering your posting. I certainly am no expert on the religion, but I have had contact and discussions with members of the faith, and they are just as appalled by the actions of a few radical sects of the religion as we are. I'm not being PC... just trying to keep the board focused. JW

But I to have had dealings with people of the muslim faith and found them to be emphatic about the Koran ! just like the christian faith some are in name only, BUT the ones that adhere to the Jihadist path are way to many for my liking !:laugh: As a christian I believe that we as christians should not be "puting our heads in the sand " we should be aware of the demographics of the Islamic growth in OUR nation and others ! Think about what I am saying ! If the clip is correct ? in 30 years there won't be a V8 board or car cruises/car shows. They will have the majority vote in this country and others. What Gary says is true. Islam does indeed have a standing, not situational order to wipe out infidels (non-Muslims). Actually, they are to attempt to convert you first, which is a step often skipped. This is in the Quran. Just as Christians have different takes on the interpretation of the Bible, so do sects of Islam on the Quran. So those who follow it to a letter are considered the radicals. I also understand Jims locking of the thread, and likely this one too. It is extremely rare these days to have a privately owned board about a subject not related to Religion, that allows a section for prayer requests. I'd hate to risk losing it. Except for the occasional "Groundbreaker" every six months or so trying their best to act offended, this section has gone on very well.
