    Like any defense attorney will do, this is meant to throw you off track. It is a separate issue thay has no bearing on the question at hand, was the car accurately represented? Also, interesting to note the error of omission tactic being used. That very much comes across as an admission of guilt.


    But yes, it is an interesting development if true.

    Bob accepted the car weeks ago. Why is this being churned back up?

    Once he made the decision to register it and drive it, he owns it. Period. He owned the rust issue by his own omission in the texts. If he really didn't want it he could have cancelled his personal check and moved on. Sure the seller would have hated him for it but such is life.

    He cleared this Jimmy fellow by his actions.

    There is nothing that can be done now. Especially since it is smashed.
