    55 and 59cc chambers, steel shim gaskets, .010 deck heights, and 16cc piston dishes. Wow.

    So there was a stronger running first run of Stage 1's which the NHRA allowed even more block and head machining and the thinner gasket because of the quoted or rated factory specs that Buick offered?

    I really feel stupid asking this?:oops:

    Would there happen to be any info in or on the box as to what the recommended piston to wall clearance should be with those pistons?
