Is this a good deal?

    Its a 1972 Buick Riviera, listed as a 1973.

    Looks to only have minor rust if any, just the paint wore away over the years. This is a parts car but a rust-free one. I only know he wants $1500 for it. I'll get more info when possible. Assuming this is rust free, is it a good deal? Its in arizona and im in Chicago. Thanks in advance.

    Doesnt a car laying on the frame and other components mess up the whole car?
