You're going to need more information than that. It appears to be a VIN, and if so it looks like it's a `71 but that's all we can tell you. At the very least you'll need the casting number to be sure, which will be located on top of the back of the block.
Casting number for 1970 to mid-model year 1971 455 would be 1231738. Mid-model year 1971 to mid-model year 1972 casting number is 1238861. This number and the displacement should be cast into the top of block ahead of the transmission mounting flange.
Very simple,BBB has 5 valve cover bolts,SBB has 6,BBB painted red would be up to 74,75 76 it would be blue.BrunoD.
