Good morning I'm new the club, so still trying to figure thinks out. My name is Raymond I'm from Alberta Canada. I am seeking any or all information i can get for my car. I have a 1973 Buick century luxus. I have found every little info about the car, also there are NO body parts available in Canada that i can find.
This is a U code car that came with the GS package 455, 4barrel, dual pipes, and factory air. I'll post some pics when i can, but any info would be good. Thanks

    Welcome!

As you’ve found, sheet metal and many other items are a tough find, especially when you consider just how many 1973-1977 Buick Colonnades were produced. Not so much with sheet metal, but many times parts from other 1973 and up A body parts cross-fit from the Chevelle, Le Mans, Cutlass, etc.

For information on your specific car, check out https://sloanlongway.org/automotive-research/ - they have original Buick records and can get you specific information on just how your car was built, which dealer originally sold it, etc. Well worth the $75 investment, especially if you do not have any paperwork, but even if you do.

There is a ton of info right here on V8Buick.com – just have to do a bit of research with the search function, and then settle in to sort and read through the posts, and follow the links that interest you.

The factory Chassis and Service Manuals are usually available on eBay…

    Yes, please post pics!

    Welcome from Florida!

I feel your pain on the sheet metal. I have a 1973 Malibu Classic too, that needs a lot of patch work (New Jersey car). The floor and trunk pans are not too difficult to find, though.

Welcome, from Edmonton. You may be better off to pay an old school hot rodder to shape you some sheet metal. I’m currently looking for a rear bumper for my Regal, it’s a real pain!

Again thanks guys for all the info and suggestions. unfortunately, i checked out the leads and wasn't able to get any more info than what i already had.
but i'll keep digging. The biggest problem is every time i try to find info on my car all the info is for the 73 century grand sport, and of course mine isn't
Mine is a U code Luxus.
