Is anyone running the stock non-adjustable HR upper and lower rear control arms? If so, are you happy with them (ride and how they work at the track) and do you feel they're worth the coin?
I'm considering on buying these as they look to me to be very nice quality pieces.
Also, I'm going the be running my stock original 10 bolt (Built stronger) and I'm wondering if I woud need adjustable uppers? Suspension is completely stock. Thanks Jim

I bought the boxed lower and uppers a few years ago. Nice stuff, really helped firm up my back half. I have switched to the adjustable uppers so I could adjust my pinion angle. I race my car a fair amount, and their stuff holds up well. I got my money's worth. Real nice people too.

I know this is "race" forum but I have all four control arms from HR PartsnStuff for my street car. Highly recommended.

Only problem is that when I added a sway bar from another manufacturer, my ride got too "bumpy" but I don't blame the control arms for this.

Bob, your saying the ride got much rougher when you added the swaybar? How was the ride with just the HR control arms. And are yours non-adjustable? Thanks

Yes my ride was rough, but I've also been told that my combination was wrong. I'm not a suspension expert so I can't say what that means. I was also told I could make it all work, but I never followed through on that, I'm happy without the sway bar.

Anyhow after I took out the sway bar, the car rides great. Even stays pretty flat during cornering (for my taste) because of the front sway bar. (I'm not a cornering g-force kinda guy - I like to go fast only in straight lines)

I have adjustable upper arms in the car, but they are the same length as stock ones so I didn't really need them. I used to have fixed-length upper arms (also HR Parts-n-stuff) but I changed them out for the adjustables.

Thanks Bob. I ordered the control arms today. Looking forward to getting them in there as the stock ones are really showing there age. Bushings are cracked and worn. I was suprised at how weak the stock arms really are, I can compress the sides with my bare hands.

HR Bars installed. Nice pieces fully greaseable and really didn't notice any difference in ride quality.:TU:

Jim Any difference out of the hole or from a roll?

Yes Steve, a big difference. I can feel the car working real hard now when I stab it. It is spinning still, but the car's lifting and pulling real hard now. Very pleased with these arms.
