Ever lose track of where you posted something, or a post you saw someone else post? Or want to find a thread you or someone else posted? It's actually pretty easy. Using 1969RIVI as an example, click on his avatar, and you get this, Then click on "profile page", Then click on "information" Now you have a choice on the bottom, "Find all content by 1969RIVI" or "Find all threads by 1969RIVI" Then scroll through the content to find what you are looking for.
And you need at least 4 characters if I recall correctly? So sometimes I'd like to search something for "69 GS 400" but neither of those 3 words are incorporated in the search. Can that be fixed? Now I just use google and add "site:v8buick.com" to the enquiry.

Agreed Briz! I do use Larry's other trick he taught me/us alot, type what you want to find in the google search bar then follow it up with v8buick.com and you can usually find what you're after quite quickly that way. I use my cell phone fir this board so some of the functions are not the same as a laptop, or so I've heard anyways and yes it is harder to search things on here using a phone.
I cannot see things on the phone so dont even bother. It can wait until I gets home and on the desk top with its 24" screen
