    Gents,

I'm running a Holley 4160 dual inlet 750 CFM while my original quadrajet is getting rebuilt. I also have the original metal fuel line running from the mechanical fuel pump (lower front driver's side of the motor) to the middle of the intake manifold where it would hook into the quadrajet. Wondering if anyone has any ideas to safely hook up the fuel lines to the dual inlets on the passenger side of the Holley carb? The hard metal line gets in the way of the pressure and return lines for the coolant as it flows through the heater core on the passenger side of the firewall. I'm finding that I need to run rubber lines that bend around it and I would rather not run rubber fuel lines in the engine bay of possible. Any ideas or experience with this type of hook up? Picks help me the most if you've got any. Thanks in advance.

An option to consider is the dual inlet front bowl used on early ford 780 holleys (and possibly other). Bob Oliver at Competition Carb (775) 331-5609 can hook you up. This will allow inlet on DS and jumper to back bowl on PS.
