Happy birthday to one of the growing number of lady Buick owners on the Board. Thank you for you contributions and participation.
Thank You! I could see the makins' for a party with some very nice (but invisible) people so I have a bunch of very nice (but invisible) snacks here on my desk for all of you! The Boddingtons Pub Ale is very real however and I would share it with you if only you would scootch a little closer to the screen! Ah another Birthday and I contemplate "Amnesia and Deja Vu= I think I've forgotten this before!" :beer Thanks again!
Happy B-day Today IS your day, I see by by your profile you are a truck inspector, what kind? DOT? Just curious I'm a truck driver, not a o/o just thought I'd ask and maybe get an inside scoop. Then again it's your B-day so have Fun!:beer
What kind Trucks, I like them. You rule my world. My dad drove a 1952 International and I spent a fair amount of time in it. I vividly recall him being a one-man traffic jam on Hwy 8 coming from Barron WI with 100 lb sacks of potatoes! I can hear the engine whining up hill and down hill. Big long front with a cow catcher. Green of course! I inspect for the MN State Patrol (civilian employee) 27 years. We enforce Fed Dot (the ones adopted by statute) MNDOT regs and some MN statutes. You will not find me lurking in your blind spots, speeding up to ensure you cannot merge safely, creating right turn lanes where there are none and I know you have to make a wide right, etc!
