I have my rebuilt heater box to install. Looking at the 67 skylark chassis manual it shows the inlet to the heater core comes from the rear of the passenger side intake.
Is there a paticular hose pre-bent for this, or is it just a longer loop of hose to make the tight corners? Screenshot 2021-10-22 112932.jpg

My '67 car has AC so I have a valve coming off the manifold. I just bought a universal 90 degree hose of the right size (Gates 28467 90 Degree Molded Heater Hose)
off Amazon to go from the firewall to the valve. On my car it's tight behind the engine so a formed hose is best. Not sure that helps, but you might be able to get two and couple them together? This looks like a regular hose though??

That 90* molded one might be a good start, however I am beginning to think this is something that can only be done once the engine is in place. Just to make sure of clearances.
