My 67 GS has a black plastic moulding that sags and falls half off the headliner, leaving a big black plastic stripe showing through my windows. I looked on line and found chrome peices that appear to be the same thing with clips. What do I need? My interior is all black if that matters.
1967 chevelle has chrome headliner side trim molding for the sides .They fit perfect from Original Parts Group.
I would call Ames Performance, the windlace is the same as the GTO.............https://secure.amesperf.com/qilan/S...arch_year=1967&search_keyword=windlace&sort=0
I found some part numbers: D M 1460 is shiney metal $135 (shown for 1966-67 D M 1460B is black plastic stuff $40 and that was what kept falling off along my window. (is shown for 1968-72 Guess I had the wrong kind all these years and never knew it. Does anybody have a 66-67 GS with the metal ones in it?
Only Chevys had the aluminum trim............go figure. New windlace should be nice and tight and should do the trick for you.
