Head count please

I need to know how many people are coming to the Texas Nationals to guesstimate how much food to prepare. Remember lunch is included with the track fee, so don't be shy!

Please answer the poll as accurately as you can, but I always have extra for last minute arrivals.

Also vote for your choice of cuisine, and multiple choices are allowed!

 

I think I'll have at least two people with me, for a total of 3.

Im going to make it out there. I will have my paint and interior done by then.

BTW, it there a poll / headcount request on turbobuick also? Just want to advise the Houston group to vote & provide headcount so you can get a more accurate count.

I am coming for sure! I may be bringing my girlfreind and 3 buddies. I am looking for someone in the Dallas area with a trailer. I want to bring one of my cars,(70 GS Dual Quad with 373 gears FOR SALE)but it is not highway freindly. What time does the event start, and how much does it cost?

 

Jamie gates are open at 8am time trials will start about 9am. The cost is $10 to spectate and $25 to race. kids under 12 are free.:beer

 

Jamie you can rent a trailer from U-Haul if you can't find one. They are $50 a day.

Frank, Phil....we need some final details to post on ROP.com and I just got contacted by an Olds/Pontiac guy from San Antonio that wants to try and get some Pontiacs up to the race.

See if you can prepare a brief outline or SUMMARY to post

1)time and rain date
2)place (with directions)
3)rules
4)track description
5)breakdown on when things generally take place ....ie open/tech/lunch/racing
6)Awards
7) anything else

Let me know if this is possible.

People can surmise all this by reading through the threads but a short/sweet/ and one shot summary to hand to these last minute potential entrants would be helpful

I will push the guy that contacted me to at least get a quick headcount if possible. There are 5 or so different threads on this race going on. Put up a SUMMARY THREAD that is INFO ONLY (with no responses allowed--have them ask on one of the other threads) and change it if anything changes. Thanks
