For those of you that are bringing a GSX,I will be personally raffling off 3 $25 dollar gift certificates to CARS Inc.Glenn Cecchine was nice to go in half with me since I was personally offering this raffle by myself. I dont have a GSX but how many of each year are going? im guessing 70 would be a good portion of them. and do you know how many are in restored condition?

At this time we have
1970 (74)
1971 (22)
1972 (2)
1974 (1)

The condition of the cars range from complete basket cases to Concours correct restorations.

The majority of the cars are in what I would call a decent-to-nice driver condition. Some will be wearing original faded stripes while others will be repaints but not what I would call a restored car.

If you are asking how many Concours correct restored cars are coming, the number would probably be in the 12-15 car range. I didn't list them that way but can count at least that many off the top of my head.

Have you been contacted by Roger Leezer? I spoke with him last week, and it was the first he had heard of the event. I gave him your phone number as he seemed interested in attending with his car.

 

He has not contacted me yet.

Rick Dreher from Mass is going, he has two of Jim Shields old X's and isn't sure which one he is bringing.

I am amazed at this number of cars. I could not possibly imagined anything like this would ever happen. It is beyond words.
