It has been the worst week of my life. without getting into the details of my son in law assulting my daughter,he lied to police causing the arrest of my daughter a week after I left to Minnesota to see my doctors. When she got home from jail the next day he taken everythig out of the house she ownes .He took all the babys toys, clothes, birth certificate, wedding pictures, baby pictures, my daughters birth certifcate, wedding band,car all the money,and closed the bank account. What kind of person does this kind of thing? My daughter has been throwing up and lost 10 pounds in 7 days. She has no idea where her daughter Annika is. The alburquerque police say he has the right to take her. We are hiring attorneys and that takes money so I have a 72 buick car I need to sell. It is from New Mexico only rust is in trunk floor no leak in window area. I installed a 350 engine and trans last month that runs great. It is a skylark custom with power steering,front power disc brakes, power windows, tilt wheel this is the same car that was at last years nationals for sale. It had a 400 out of a 69 that needed rebuilding. I just installed another engine. SO if you would like to help us out I am asking 2,500 for car including the extra 400 engine and trans. Iam now in Minnesota seeing my doctors and my daughter is in New Mexico with nothing. Her mom sent her some money for food and get the utilties paid. I am leaving to New Mexico on saturday to support her. Her Mom just flew down on sunday and is concerened about her health, she has been throwing up and not eating she is as low as anyboady can get. Please help us! you are getting a good buy on the car Iam not looking for a hand out. A prayer would help too. I appreciate being able to get it out on this site. Thank you all very much. GOD Bless. I can't even imagine what you and your family are going through. As a father myself my gut is in a knot when I read something like this. I just can't imagine that he's within his rights to do what he's done. The kids mother has rights and being accused and locked up doesn't take away parental rights. I hope you find a very smart lawyer on these particular matters. I know that if I were in your shoes I would be doing the same thing you are. I would be doing anything that I could to help my daughter and grand kid. I hope for the best possible outcome from this for you and your family.
The suncoupe I have is not for sale yet. It is ready for paint and has a off frame rest for the past 5 years. This car has every nut and bolt replaced. bumpers rechromed top and interior re done, dash cluster re done complete new interiof from legendary, 455 rebuilt m/t headers 3"exhaust rebuilt transmission new posi 342 gears new glass, no bondo all new metal, radio converted with mp3 player ability but keeping it's orignal look. tilt wheel bucket seats, power front disc brakes,A/C power windows rebuilt steering box GS hood, this is a show car. The body shp man seperated all the seams treated for rust and rewelded back together there is no rust any place. I really don't want to sell it I bought it in 1984 and just love it. But , if we need more money for legal fees then I will sell it. I just wanted to show it and at least drive it again after 5 years of work. I guess sometimes you just have to sacrifice. If it comes down to it I will post the car here first.
I do not have pay pale. I have never been in a situation like this. My daughter is only 5'5" and 110 pounds he is over 6' and 180 pounds. She had put Annikas clothes and bottle bag in the car and was ready to leave the hostle situation. when he picked up the baby and refused to let Amy take her. With Annika resting on his right hip he took his left hand grabbing amys arm and slamming her to the top of the stove. My daughter punched him in the jaw to get him to let go of her. After he released her she called the police. The first thing he told police was that she called them because he is testing out for albuquerque police department.( oh lets stick together here.) Amy was arrested for assult and battery and child endangerment because he had the baby at the time she punched him. According to the police report she had a hand print around her left arm even though he stated he olny pushed her having annika in his arms at the time. There are no marks on Annika and she was sleeping when the police came. No marks on him. Yet Amy is placed under arrest. My daughter has never been in any trouble before this. She is 28 this month. At age 17 she was in St. Thomas university for pre med. Is in the top 5% in the nation for her grades. On the deans list. does community service, she is a good person. Iam just very sad for annika that he wont let her see her mom. We will get thru this! Thank you for your offer to help I don't really know what to do. I need to leave tomorrow, get to New Mexico and try to sell the skylark custom as soon as possible and at least have some money. I live with her in Albuquerque after retiring from plumbing in 2006. she invited me to live with her in 2006 I have been with her from 2006
Very sorry to read about your problems!! It is really too bad police seem to be back asswards on issues like this. Men that hurt women like this have absoulutely no right to be breathing my air! Too many friends and family have been in situations such as this! It takes a very long time to recover from all the issues people like this cause.
