In order to complete the collection of models of all the real cars I had since 25 years, I am looking for something approaching my Centurion convertible 71. Scale 1/43. (Centurion, Lesabre, Electra, Wildcat ?)

Re seventies, there is a plethoric offer for Riviera's and Skylark/GS, but nothing about full size.

    Who can help me ?

    Thanks

PS: I happened to own a brazilian made Ford Maverick in Brasil 20 years ago. Impossible to find a model that is not "hot weel" chrome plated with balloon tyres flame paint, supercharger, etc... Same request as above ! The US standard model is welcome. 1/43 again.

I searched the internet and came up empty handed. The closest I found was a 72 Electra 4 door by Western models in England. It's 1/43 scale

Carl is right. The $200 Western models 72 Electra four door is as close as it gets.

Yup, I've been searching for a year now, and haven't found anything that could remotely resemble a '71 LeSabre or Centurion 2-door.

If you come across one, let me know! Likewise...

Thanks, guys, for these bad news...
Dan, 200$ is definitely out of my budget and I would feel disgraces to start to cut, file and paint such a nice piece for turning it into a convertible !
No chance on the side of Olds or Pontiacs ?
