Does anyone sell a high volume mech. fuel pump for our 350's? Or should I forget mech. and get an electric one? Thanks, David
TA Performance and Poston's both sell the high volume (7 psi) fuel pumps for the 350. I got one from Poston years ago, it was a Carter. Don't know why it happened but the "concentric" on the cam shaft that the pump arm rides on was very worn when I tore the motor apart to change cams.
fuel pump FYI I talked to postons not too long ago and he informed me that carter no longer mfgs. the high performance pump for the buick 350. don't know about ta performance but postons said he hasn't had any of those for a couple of years now. I even asked if he had a secret stash lying around and he said no. BUMMER!:blast:
