Firestone Wide Ovals ?

    As Goodyear no longer offers tires for many older cars, I find myself looking to BFG radial TA's, for my '71 GS, but Ive recently seen a tv advertisement for Firestone Wide Ovals. Any feedback on these? They seem to look like a bias ply but utilze radial technology? Thoughts?

    The radials aren't so bad.

    I've had mine for a year and they ride nice. Pricing has jumped considerably since and I got mine through Russell Small. He supplies a lot of the folks who compete in the FAST racing.

    Obtaining tires right now can be a bit of a *** show recently. Rusty Small with Rusted Tires will be able to tell you what is available and what is on perpetual backorder.
