well after waaaaay too many years of shop/barn time , different directions (and procrastination of course) it was out in the fresh air time , a short illegal road trip to house for a quick check out and much needed wash .
next up is new front coils and shocks , double checks and little trim stuff .
oil , temp , volts seemed good . no funny noises , nothing fell off !

No porting . 69 motor . Basic valve job , a little port matching , cast intake with 1" spacer and Kenny G. Qjet . TA 212 cam .
    About 62000 mile car .

Looks great, Del. I really dig the old school stance.

i kinda like also but for regular driving too low i think . can barely get my floor jack under the "K" .
a long time ago i ordered adjustable drag shocks and moroso drag springs . i should have researched a little better - NOW i see why they set the way they do .
just ordered and received new stock spec front springs and shocks .
once i get the front reset i'll reassess the rear height . those are 275-60-15's in the rear , have some wheel well room to lower if needed .

Really nicely done. Love that's it's a stick. What ratio is the 9" and why did you decide on both the 9" and ratio chosen?

    9" > front drop easy , lots of parts n choices , solid .
it's a narrowed control arm moser rear axle kit .
i have a 3:55 posi in it now - good all around street gears . and a 4:11 posi setup in a currie housing to drop in if needed .

    FYI -
front drag springs and shocks removed - got the new front oem spec moog springs and monroe spectrum gas shocks installed .
    raised front about 2-1/2" to 3" .
nice slight rake now . good height balance between front and rear i think . unless you are into the low rider ground scraper look .
in shop for winter but i'll try and get a decent angle pic of it .

couple quick pics - could not get side shots . narrow "shop" .
actually just a sorta converted dairy barn . concrete filled gutters , walls , heat , music , shelves etc , basic tools . and too much junk probably .
and other info that might help - 275-60-15 cooper cobra's on 8-1/2" rims rear , skinny VW size michelins on 4' x 15 rims fronts .

Must have been some skinny cows lol
For practical use and driving the super skinnys would be gone.
It looks like it will drive better with the new stance though.
    Still looks great!
