With Wide Oval in the description, does this imply the Firestone tire or could it also be the G70-14 Goodyear polyglas?

If you are talking about the G70-14 tire size for 70 there were 4 different manufacturers available,
Uniroyal, Firestone, Goodrich, and Goodyear, therefore you could have TigerPaws, Wide Ovals, Polyglas (not Polyglas GT), and I forget what the other brand called their tires.
