You do not have the maneuverability with a mill to get to the needed area's where the main restriction lies, nor to get the right shapes to happen and you will likely loose flow! The best thing you can do so that you do not loose flow will be to polish the hell out of the port with a 80 grit roll which will soften up all the transitions and pick up flow. Whatever the hell you do, do not gasket match the floor of the Exh port at the flange, leave it as is!!
