I'm deciding what to do with my exhaust...and I'm deciding to either put the tail pipe in front of the tire, behind the tire, or dump it at the rear end.

Do you guys have pics of all three options, mainly exterior pics so I can get an idea how it will look in the end.

    Thanks,
    Dan

here a shot of 3 inch side exit i prefer theses than any other set up and dont let people tell you you cant go fast wit a full exhaust

I think the factory exit -- behind tire, side exit -- is the best looking. Unless it's tucked up real close to the underside, I think a rear exit at the bumper looks kinda gaudy, personally.

Agreed, if you notice I didn't even list that as an option lol.

I'll probably go behind the tire, but does anyone have a pic of the pipes in front of the tire?

dloyd i went the cheap way wit tha cheap way originally and kept all stock from 84 shocks and springs in front and a set of old grand nationnal springs and a cheap set af autozones shocks in rear. Rite now it has comp engineering shocks all around wit a set of old grand national springs in rear tha real weak coil ones not the tight wound ones the front still has the original v-6 springs from 84. As far as tha ride im really dont know what you looking for it drives ok actually not that firm of a ride i kept both of the sway bars on tha car so it doesnt do a lot of flexing in turns like sum of the gs do. Hope that helps :Smarty:

thanks dawg. i still have the old stock springs and shocks.
going to replace them cause the ride is real spongy since
putting the 455 in and cornering is not good and i have some rubbing issues
in the front and back when i take some bumps and corners. i was thinking
of useing the moog 5662 springs up front and the cargo springs in the rear
with kyb gas adjust shocks all around. i want the car to handle well on the street but still give me that nice buick ride. i just got a set of the g-force 3 inch tail pipes. going to put these in while iam replacing the springs and shocks.

Dloyd my car really does sit that low as sum of the cars the rear qtrs on the car hav also been trimmed and flexd so rubbing isnt a issue. As far as the front with a regular tire on it use to rub but wit the front runners on it clears easily. Im not sure how your car is set up but i figurd out put that out for you

I've always thought the GN would be a good candidate for an N25 thru the bumper exhaust.

A cheaper alternative would be something wide and rectangular that worked with all of the horizontal lines in the rear
