Buick being "behind the curve", heavier car, 2 points lower compression, 120hp and 100 lb ft less, .5 taller gear, 350 lbs heavier and still comes out on top. Jason in the Buick, in Bermuda shorts, wearing dress socks... Yeah, baby.
That was pretty good stuff there. I had a buddy way back in the day that had a 72 GTX with a 440 and just a crappy 2bbl and he used to scare the **** out of me in that car all the time but it was fun the thing was fast, At least it felt like it. I could imagine how fast the RR was and the Stage 1 but I think it did not have 8.5 comp on the Buick. At least it was fairly even and the Buick come out on top and that is what matters go Buick ha ha for you Mopars. Got yer ars handed to you again. Two thumbs up.
Running a low 12 feels pretty good Put a nitrous system on your motor and you will see what I am talking about. Where are all these adventurous 350 guys at waiting for another option? The motor won't blow you got better parts now go out on a limb folks let's get this thing done there are Chevy and Mopars to beat Those little furin cars are fast now too. Got to step up
The roadrunner is a 440 6-pack, not a Hemi. Still a good win! We have not been to this event in Martin but do attend the PSMCDR in Stanton, MI. Great event with a lot of variety!
