    Thanks for the help guys!

Air bleeds are clear and I am getting full throttle from the pedal. Plugs are a nice light chocolate color.

I shift the car at 6300 rpm. Jets are 82F/89R w/o a rear power valve. Car made the most power on the dyno w/ 34* so I have yet to change it.

Car does have an alternator but I currently don't have a way to check it under load. I am thinking of rewiring the MSD box just to be sure I don't have a bad connection.

Your plugs should be white. Now I now you might not have checked your plugs right after the run, but it might be worth the effort to try 80/87 jetting to see if that picks it up at all. You said you had a different exhaust combo so I think it should be something you should try. Even at 80/87 thats still a little richer than stock. Stock jetting would be 78/86 and would be worth tying if the 80/87 picks it up.

Are you using a quality torque converter?
How much RPM drop do you see after a gear change?
Have you checked the condition of the trans fluid?
    Do you have any video?

Next time out I will take 2 sizes out of the front and rear and see if she picks up.

We change the torque converter a month ago w/ out any change in ET or MPH. The new one is an Art Carr billet job and is very efficent. The trans is also fresh. RPMs drop 1800 to 2k after a gear change.

No video but next time out I will take a friend and camera.

have you tried running it with open headers or is this through the pipes. you exhaust won't slow it down a bunch but it might throw you carb jetting of slightly, just something to try and it's free.what aircleaner assembly are you running. try without it for a pass and see what happens.you timing we be real close tp optimum so i would leave that alone and move onto fuel and air. let me know how i goes.

Car is run through the pipes. I have a piece of lexan on top of the carb which seals to the bottom of the hood. The hood has a 3" cowl scoop. I have run the car w/ the K&N filter and lid, with out the air cleaner/lid and with out the lexan. So far the car like the lexan no air cleaner set up.
