OK so I figured it would be best to get a estimate here since these are the high quality parts that I'm using thanks again Mike & Tim for all the tips and advice. So this is what my set up will be like 1976 455 bored.30 over making it a 462cu inch block I am using a factory crank cross drilled for oiling purposes factory reconditioned rods a set of 10 1/2 to 1 wiseco forged pistons the block is been decked and honed and main caps studded for a little extra strength .now for the good stuff I'm going with the TA performance stage 2 SE aluminum heads with matching intake TA288-92H Camshaft not sure if I'm having hands full reported yet have to check on a price to see what it's going to cost .using a factory 850 Quadra jet to break in the motor then probably moving to 1000 CFM. I hope this is enough info for someone to give me an idea of what kind of numbers this motor will turn thanks in advance...
Depending on intake and with no porting I'm calling 525/555. You're using the same cam as I am, I've been really happy with it. It's not a making a ton of vacuum, but runs my power brakes fine. That said, SPEND THE MONEY ON HAVING THE HEADS PORTED!!! I promise, it'll be the best money you'll spend. If you're already going so far as to drop the coin on aluminum heads, you'd be leaving some good power on the table for not too much more money (relatively speaking). I highly recommend you do that! With porting, I'd change my estimate to 560/590.
Spend the money to port the heads. Porting my Stage 2 TE heads was the BEST money I spent on my entire build.
