I took the center bolt out but can't get it to come out towards front of car. Does the wiper/lighting half come out first? The entire block wiggles but doesn't pull out.
I literally just pulled this one apart a couple weeks ago. Unless my short-term memory has really deteriorated recently it was just the one bolt.
Use a long screwdriver and carefully pry under the side in a few spots. Some are really stuck on there. Once it starts to move it should come right off.
