Pistons are .030 in the hole and its wearing. 125 gaskets so it's just a .040 gasket away from another 2pts of compression,..but seeing how it made what it did thru a little 750 carb it will be 730ish with a the 4500 flange FI

I was reading this from the beginning and u was just about to call you and ask if you were sick thinking 500 out a 494 was ok with those heads...........I'm 200% sure would like alot more carb, but with a 750 it should be crazy responsive

Ethan, when I saw your 1st post I said ( He must have a grudge race with someone )
Looks like a nice GSR ride to me.

Speaking of GSR,we have new motor back in the green car with Stage 1 SE's on it now.

Ha yea ..I may dial it down and run GSR myself,..not sure,..I don't care for piloting a 10sec Abody without a cage

It's got full HR rear suspension and GW front suspension going on soon with of course some nice shocks,..it would be well equipped for battle,.but no cage in its future

Great lookin car. And I really like the wheels on it.
Just get better tall thin front tires. Morosos 710 or 28/15 drag fronts similar Belted frts n 295/65/15 Hoosier rears as they are slightly narrower and lighter than mickeys.
    Car should move.

I actually do not like skinnies on my cars,..I prefer to have some rubber up front so if a correction is needed its easier to manipulate and the brakes are much more useful. Smallest I'll run is a 5in wheel

It will go 10.60s I'm sure with all the street stuff in place

5” wheels work great. Did that for over 20 years.
Have 4” on my race car now.
MyBuick has the thinnest factory front wheels. From a 79 lesabre I had. Like 5.5” I think. Mounted 215/75/15 and they work great. Short tires look goofy.

Yep or cars need a 27in to 27.5 front tire
