Have a 425 with 66 turbo 400 transmission. I need a flywheel cover. Does a cover from a Chevrolet fit?

Starter on nailhead is on driver side.
Call Centerville Auto Repair and talk with Matt or Russ, unless someone here has one.

I forgot all about the starter. I have talked to Russ before, I think he mentioned a plastic one.

It's made out of fiberglass I believe.

Has anyone had any experience with a fiberglass one?

Yes. I have one on my 64 Skylark. Nailhead and manual, but using a Bendtsen's bell housing, so I am using one of the fiberglass covers from Centerville.

It's well constructed, white gel coat, and about 3/32 thick, so it is sturdy, and direct fit.
