Do this look like body filler?

    tubecatgs Finally a 4 speed......

    Looking at a car some distance away. Quarters look mostly good but I zoom in to one pic. does the cracking indicate body filler? thoughts?

    Probably so, or at the least some heavy primer and/or glazing putty.

    Filler all day and probably some Ole nitro Stan red putty

    That is the worst spot. Car has been sitting, indoor storage for many years. Key wouldn't open the trunk to see..

    It's probably not that bad honestly,..the body line is still crisp and consistent,...most old body work I come across is terrible so the body line would be butchered if there was some "builda quarter" goin on

    The screw goin in at an angle tells me the lip is rotted off tho

    means paint is old and when it was painted there was not proper adhesion. could be dirt/debris in the primer, or the paint, or in the body filler.
