Their website was up a couple of days ago; however, as of today it's gone.

I bought rockers from Rockauto.com and had them in a few days.

It looks like Postons website vanished

Does anyone know who the vendor was that supplied their Ram Air setup?
The one with the front spoiler?

I myself ordered a 455 fan shroud. The price was good. I figured I spread my money around. They are fairly clost to me also. I was told by them they were in the process of moving their warehouse. I don't like the way thing are looking. I am checking to see if they took the money out of the account for the part. If they did and their out of buisness I will be contacting the Alabama State Attourney General. But I will wait and see. If they did take my money and some of you others, we may get better results if we all contacted the State Attourney General. But we need to know first. I also called Wildcat Engines and was told the same thing. They said Poston was moving, And they are not associated with them though.

I ordered a cam, lifters and springs from Poston THREE MONTHS AGO! Every time I call them, I get the 'our cam grinder is in Texas and hes a little behind- it should be done in a week".
Now I cannot find their website, and as some of you have already mentioned- full mailbox when I try to call.
These parts are going towards pops' 70 Stage-1 engine build, and I guess the next step is to see if they have already charged his card.
Customer service has been very poor through the couple orders Ive placed through poston. Would have just stuck with TA for the cam but they were on backorder. Bet theyre in by now, eh?
With the way they have apparently been treating their customers, its no wonder they folded up..........

I hate to see any Buick Vendor go under. The more vendors for us the better. I am done with them because of this situation. I just got done checking and there are no charges from Poston on my card at this time even though I Phone ordered the Fan shroud over 4 weeks ago. I guess I got luckey ?, even though I still need A 455 fan Shroud. I have been ordering everything else from TA, and a Switch Pitch from Jim Wise now. I learned the hard way over the years.

ditto from me as well out here in Arizona. I ordered parts from them in the end of June (without having knowledge that this threat had been started). Next thing I know the phone mailbox is full and their website is down, but apparently someone there is working, or at least working on processing my credit card number to get money.

Speaking of parts, Poston was the only place I saw that sold the little u-shaped line that plugs in the 455 block that helps oil flow. Does anyone know who else might sell that? I want to get that asap, but they are (were) the only people I knew who sold it

Hi! I was looking why Poston's site didn't works and I found your forum on this question. I was looking for 4 Wheel Center Caps (Hub Cap) for my '69 Skylark with the trishield emblem. Did someone know where I can find or order these Hub Cap because Poston offered them at good price but now with all I learn here... Thank you all.

    Tony, was a good guy.

His technical advice was generally pretty
sound and was always very friendly and helpful.

Everything that I ordered from Poston, arrived
on time, as per order and without incident.

I hope that other businesses will emerge that will
assist those that are trying to put a project together or
just keep their Buicks on the road.

I have done business with Poston for 20 years. It has been a about 2 years since my last project. I went to buy some parts for a new project.....and am very disappointed to find out that the business seems to have went under.

They were always very helpful, knowledgeable, and carried some items that were hard/impossible to find other places.

I also had a business recently go under from this economy.

    I am sick of it.

One more thing to thank our politicians for.

Remember this the next time you go to the polls - vote them all out.

I bought from Postons but one time. I found the part was wrong and they told me too bad. When I confronted them at the GS Nats they told me to get lost. I feel no pain in their demise. I have since bought from Cars more than Year one and had excellent service. And when you approach them at BG they are ALWAYS helpful. When I call I ask for Jeff he is my guy there. Trust me so far he has always been top notch. :TU:

I had a similar experience years ago and threw their catalog into the fireplace. Never looked back.
