We usually attend if the weather is good. We like the Plaza on the island side.

It's a pretty big deal there in Daytona....there are vendors and swap meet types...and of course several hundred cars for show and for sell....I live in ST. Augustine, FL and go quite often...there are 2 events..one in the spring usually around April and of course thanksgiving weekend ( which is the largest by far)......Buick has quite a bit of vendors as with all the GM products.....

we're headed down on Thanksgiving day and will be there through Sunday but we're taking my bright yellow 70 Camaro. The Buick might go next year if I can dedicate the time and resources to get it done. We're going to stay in Port Orange about 8 miles south of the speedway. Hope there's Buick parts at the swap meet!

Only 70 degrees here in Daytona at the TRR today with lots of wind. Better weather to follow later in the week. I will try to post some pics.

going to spend tomorrow going over the car and the trailer to make sure the 7 hour tow is as uneventful as possible. If anyone see's this ol' heap it's us. Give us a shout and say hello. Thursday on the interstate shouldn't be too bad but Sunday going home will likely suck. Oh well, should be fun anyway.

Having left on Sunday in the past all I can say is may the force be with you. Leave at 3 am Sunday or you will be in traffic Hell.

I will have my SunCoupe there with my son and his '69 VW Beetle. We are leaving Sunday, but will travel up A1A and other back roads as we are only 30 miles into GA. Hope to meet others out there. If you see my SunCoupe, ask for me and say hi !

I have seen a bunch over at Bellair including a woody wagon, 61 convert, 66 or 67 GS, a 33 rod, etc.

Here is a scaled down Diamond T wrecker made by a former member of the Hendrick Racing team. It is powered by a 572. Fantastic workmanship.

This is a 34 Caddy Rod, if I am not mistaken. It has some of the best paint, chrome and interior I have seen.

I'll be there browsing on Saturday with my Dad and brother. If you see a guy wearing a "got Buick?" Shirt, that's me! :TU:

This is a 40 or 41 Ford Ambulance with the flat head power plant. It is a good thing it was there because a patient was soon being treated in the back.
