cross member for 4-speed?

    bought a 71 skylark that originally had a 350 trans,guy I bought it from put a 400 in it,now I am going to a Muncie 4-speed.Question is will the crossmember fit? are they the same on all 3 trans?

    For your purposes, yes. All three are esssentially the same.

    The X-member for the TH400 has an elongated hole in it for the e-brake cable to go through. It won't affect using it for a 4-speed. If you do have one with the hole and want to sell it, please pm me. I'm going from a TH350 to Th400 later this month.
