    Was hoping someone could help me identify the options on this cowl data plate.

    11B and 08303

    11B would be the date built, 2nd week in November 1969.

    Paint 28 = Diplomat blue
    Trim 185 =Pearl White

    The A to the right of the 28 also indicates a white vinyl top.

    @LARRY70GS Yeah, I was able to decode the easy part, it was 11B and 08303 that I couldn't figure out.

    11B= 2nd week of November build date (1969)
