Just recieved carpet samples from ACC. Trying to find the correct blue color just like the factory.The samples are not even close. Anyone outthere have a clue where to find? Or have a picture of the right color. 1968 GS400.
Are you looking for the color of your current carpet in a place that has been hidden from light for 53 years? The exposed areas are likely not the same color today as they were when they left the factory.
The cars factory carpet is changed long time ago. I do have a blue factory carpet sample from 1968 in a sample book from Buick. So if ACC don`t have it,it`s a needle in a haystack?
ACC is the biggest supplier. They bought out a competing supplier so they are even bigger. You can buy from the actual factory rolls at SMS auto fabrics and have it cut locally in Sweden. Due to the increased costs, I would exhaust all other options first.
