I sold a convertible top setup off of a 65 Skylark convertible last year. I believe it sold on ebay for $175.
When I was looking most of the prices than I got were $400 - $500. There was a guy on the pontiac forum that quoted me $250 for just the frame. Depends on how lucky you get.
