Clutch Start Switch - did Buick and Pontiac use the same one?

    In need of a Clutch Safety Start Switch
    A Buick part is like hens teeth
    But found OPG has one listed for a GTO and it looks the same

    Anyone know if it will work?

    Yep same part # 1993485. motorcitymusclecar on Ebay has them for $79 plus shipping.

    Does anyone repro has that triangular shaped metal loop piece that bolts to the pedal? It acts as a guide for the switch. I should look that up and find out what Buick called it.

    Kleiner can get you a clutch start switch return guide or the hoop you are talking about.
