Guys buy E98 by the barrel and cut it themselves down to 90 or 85. Cut it with pump gas only though. If you cut it with race gas it makes it hard to light.

the problem with pump e85 is it might not really be e85 everytime you go to that scene pump, could be e79. I know here from ppl that run it, they buy several drums at a time, measure the gravity to figure out what they have, so their tune is somewhat the same everytime out.

but you have to keep it sealed tight, it will soak up water.........even e10 if used in ike marine areas can cause a big problem with water.

if I was going to go to hassle of running e85. might as well go for straight math and be done with it and get 100% the benefits from it

Methanol is cheaper than diesel fuel.
You do use about 2.3 times more than gas but still way cheaper than race gas

Methanol is the best option. Cheap and able to make big power. No intercooler needed on boost but man the injector size needed for efi will break the bank.

I use 16 injectors, mechanical system no electronics race only.
New system is 18 nozzles :D

Enderle Bird 8 nozzle + 8 port nozzles +2 in the back of the supercharger when added at some point this year.

Na I wont be going that direction. Wondering though if theres an advantage in squirting fuel into the "hat" over directly into the manifold ports?

Think of the hat as your primaries and idle circuit and the port nozzles as your secondaries.
You are also using 2 fuel metering valves not just 1.

Thats very nice Jesupercat. I was also thinking hilburn but your beyond all that stuff. Is nitrous plumed in tbere too?. I suspect with the new heads fuel delivery needs an increase.

    Nitro maybe nitrous no.
Fuel pump is 12 gallon a minute. we only need about 8.5 gpm, but we are able to increase fuel pressure and return what we don't need to the tank.
Briz my solid Tomahawk just got to Minnesota this past week :)
