    Hi guys
I need a replacement gasket of the metal asbestos variety for the space between the manifold and where the choke attaches . I think it’s called a divorce choke housing gasket or stove pull off gasket .
It’s for my 71 riv and I’m having trouble identifying the part number to search for at napa or taperformance or other shops
1)Anybody have a part number for this
    2) and or the best place/s for me to try and buy one ?
    Thanks much
    Adam

Do you actually need a gasket? I don't think so... (WRONG, see below)

There is nothing that would leak from there, it's just a hot air stove. I suppose if it's a concourse level restoration that might be a reason? Otherwise, just bolt it together and forget about it.

It needs a gasket. It’s open to the exhaust passage in 71.

Thanks for the correction Adam, my bad.

So the bottom of the choke well is open to the exhaust? I see in his photo that the bottom of the well is actually a separate piece. The gasket goes underneath the bottom piece I suppose.

1968's just have a well cast into the intake, so there is no gasket needed.

What Larry said. I actually made a template out of cardboard first to get the proper fit, sometimes the exhaust gasket material can be hard to cut if you get the stuff that's perforated metal.
