The Oatsmobile is a little tough to drive. It doesnt have any foot controls. It always seems to have a mind of its own too. . Sometimes return policies are so silly. If you look at them closely enough, you can always find a loophole.

I agree with everyone else....Virginia at TA sounds hot. Ive already asked to have pictures posted on the website. So far nothing.

Ken....Save me that bar! I'll pick it up from you next time I see you.

Well I can say first and foremost that Mike at T/A has been very helpful when talking with me about buying parts. The first time I spoke with Mike I picked his brain for almost 2 hours on the phone on my dime, and he answered every question I asked him, and his knowledge of his products and what he is selling is amazing. You won't find too many buisness' out there that will give you 2 hours out of their day to talk about parts they sell, only to end the conversation without any transaction taking place. I can say the way Mike handled himself on the phone and the knowledge he passed onto me was irreplacable, and in a sense he is a GOD in the Buick communtiy.
Now to T/A being in buisness for a profit, well I would hope to GOD they are not doing it to lose money or we would all be screwed. All buisness' are in the trade to make money, if you don't like the prices shop elswhere. And last of all if you are in buisness you have to have guidelines on what your return policies are, anyone can call up and say "hey I spoke with your secretary on the phone and she said this", well it may be true but how does Mike know that for fact? Especially when the deadline on the return was expired for almost a year. If Mike made special attempts at breaking his return policies to satisfy a customer, how many more ontop of that customer will he have to accomodate even if he is in the right? You have to set standards in a buisness situation, and if you don't then you leave the door open to anyone's interpretation. I can say whole heartedly that T/A will get every last one of my dollars when I pick up all I need in a package deal to build my motor.
To T/A and Mike, continue to keep up the good work, and I looK forward to spending thousands$$$$$$$$$ with you! :3gears: :TU:
