Tried phone number ,Verizon says that #no good I first emailed from website customer contact still no answer ‍♂️
Text that # yesterday tried calling today and Verizon says # can’t be reached

 

I’ve had no problem and Ken was great to deal with. Far exceeded expectations.

Have you tried messaging him here on the board? I mean I talk to Ken like once a week or more and his phone/email and texting def works.

 

Thanks everyone ,I figured it out , it was my phone, screen is cracked and when dialing it must push wrong number used my wife’s phone got right through.
