Can someone decode this`66 GS Protecto plate?

    Hey Phil -
    I've never seen a P-O-P like that before for a '67 ? Looks almost like a plastic credit card.
    Might be a system that was only used by that GM dealer?
    All the P-O-Ps I've seen were metal tags glued to the back covers of the P-O-P booklet. :Do No:
    This post goes all the way back to 2004, by the way, so you probably don't even remember it !

    That's how the Canadian Protect-O-Plates were in 1967.
