That leak was a blessing in disguise. Had that let go at +6k RPM, it would have been un-pretty... At least you have all the good parts and can re-use them.
That sucks. I had one that lost 10 psi through the lights and I said somethings wrong. Pulled it down and thats what I had too. Sucks but all you can do is look at the bright side that you have some good parts.
Looking at those bearings its time for her to come down any ways.......sometimes the little warnings we hate so much save us big time in the end
